Temporary Closure of Part of South Street

There will be a temporary closure of part of South Street, Bridport  for the Christmas Cheer Event being held on 5 December 2018. Ref: 18.K029.

Temporary prohibition of through road waiting or loading and unloading.

For the purpose of Bridport Christmas Cheer, Dorset County Council has issued a notice under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to prohibit the use of part of South Street, Bridport from its junction with West Street to its junction with Gundry Lane by cyclists, hore riders and all mechanically propelled vehicles, except those taking part in the event –
