As this would have been the week of the Bridport Food Festival, the Bridport Local Food Group are bringing it to your home. Come and enjoy local food and drink and have some family fun!
We are pleased to have a number of our regular food and drink businesses joining us, many offering food festival specials and treats for Father’s Day. Helen Choudhury from the Taj Mahal, unable to run her popular Indian Masterclass, has provided us with a recipe and is making herself available to answer any questions you may have. We are also having cooking and how to make demonstrations during the week from local experts including Sarah Ali-Choudhury, Lloyd Brown, Dark Bear and Abbie Edwards, West Country Catch.
There are foodie activities for young people and all the family to get involved with from making a Fresh Food Face out of fruit and veg to making a one-minute food-related video on TikTok.
A very popular evening in Food Festival week is Tuesday night at the Ropemakers for their quiz, well thanks to John Baker from the Ropemakers you are still going to be able to enjoy at food lovers quiz at home with your friends and family.
