It’s Panto Time…
The Bridport Pantomime Players are back, together with The Lyric School of Dance and The Rhythm Dance Centre to present Treasure Island, a brand new pantomime based on the novel by Robert Louis Stevenson.
Jim Hawkins embarks on a treacherous journey on the high seas having learnt from Billy Bones that he has been in possession of a precious treasure map.
Accompanied by Squire Trelawney, Captain Smollett, Ma Hawkins and his friends, they find themselves getting a taste of adventure but soon uncover a sinister plot by a band of villainous pirates who seek the treasure for their own led by the ship’s devious cook Long John Silver …
Under the new direction of Amy Wheatley and with a script written by their own Teresa Grinter, this promises to be their best production yet!
