Bridport Millennium Green is looking for a new trustee when an existing trustee’s term of office come to an end during 2024.
Land held in trust includes 1.2 acres of gardens around Mountfield plus some 10 acres of woodlands and meadow on Coneygar hill. The Trustees are responsible for the care and, with the help of Bridport Town Council, the maintenance and enhancement of the land so that it is a recreational space for all to enjoy.
To fund this activity, we are supported by the Friends of the Millennium Green, but also are always seeking grant opportunities to help improve access and the facilities.

The Trust is looking for someone who has an understanding of the current demands on the Green as well as a sensitivity to its history and its ecology. Familiarity with social media and websites would be a distinct advantage.
