Dorset Tourism Awards

Congratulations to all the local businesses who have been shortlisted as finalist or highly commended for this years Dorset Tourism Awards.

We are thrilled to announce that the TIC has been shortlisted as one of the finalists in the Visitor Information Service of the Year category. This means that we will be awarded a Gold, Silver or Bronze award and will attend the Dorset Tourism Awards ceremony at The Lighthouse in Poole on Thursday 16th November.

This is a prestigious award with 123 entries in the Dorset awards and 644 across the South West. From these, the panel selected 63 Dorset finalists based on evidence and reports from judges who have this year carried out visits to the businesses. The award assessment was undertaken this year when the TIC was under the management of the Town Council.
