BRIDPORT CARNIVAL WEEK

TUESDAY 15TH AUGUST – SUNDAY 20TH AUGUST

Tuesday 15th – Carnival Quiz, Ropemakers, West Street, start 7.30pm

Wednesday 16th – Family Bingo, Conservative Club, North Street, eyes down 8.00pm

Friday 18th – Carnival Darts, Sponsored by Longs Davis Fish & Chip shops, Conservative Club, North Street, sign on from 7.30pm

Friday 18th – Fun Fair in West Street car park

Saturday 19th – CARNIVAL DAY – In the morning – Wessex Military Band in Bucky Doo Square

Procession – Line up on West Road, West Allington, moves off at 7.00pm. Procession followed by Mid Life Crisis in South Street and a Family Disco in The Conservative Club, North Street. Fun fair in West Street Car Park.

Sunday 20th – TORCHLIGHT PROCESSION – Torches on sale from 6pm – 8.30pm at Bucky Doo Square, procession moves off at 9.00pm prompt to walk to West Bay. Dancing to live music on the beach. Bonfire on East Beach, followed by fireworks at 10.30pm appox. (Weather permitting)
