Symondsbury Estate Easter Trial

Celebrate Easter with a fun, family-friendly outdoor adventure at Symondsbury Estate in Bridport, West Dorset.

Running daily from 28 March to 12 April, the brand new Symondsbury Easter Trail invites children to follow clues around the Estate in search of natural wonders and the hiding places of Caper the Colpexie – a mischievous woodland sprite inspired by local folklore.

Pick up a trail booklet from the Visitor Centre and set off on a self-guided route through the Estate’s beautiful surroundings. Along the way, you’ll solve clues, explore nature and have fun!

Perfect for families during the Easter holidays, the trail is designed as a relaxed outdoor activity with plenty more to enjoy on site. After completing the trail, visitors can explore the Estate’s wider grounds, climb nearby Colmer’s Hill for panoramic views, enjoy free lawn games or stop for refreshments at Symondsbury Kitchen.
