Open Flame Cooking Course

This may, I welcome you to join me for an open flame experience at the wonderful Bridge House Hotel in Bridport.

This is a hands on, culinary adventure, not only to tickle those tastebuds, but allow you to enter the amazing world of open flame cooking.

So whether you’re an avid griller, chef, foodie or self-confessed terrible cook – this is for you!

Prepare, cook and enjoy eating a variety of seasonal produce from our fine land and sea.
