Meet Your Neighbours Bike Ride

Come along for our  “Meet Your Neighbours” community cycle ride — a relaxed outing suitable for all ages and abilities. Whether you’re an experienced cyclist or just getting started, you’ll find a friendly group, a gentle pace, and a warm welcome. It’s ideal for families, beginners, or anyone who would like to join an easy-going ride into Bridport.

You’re welcome to join us at any point along the route between Uploders and Bridport. We’ll cycle into Bridport together and then take a break for just over an hour — perfect for exploring the market, doing a bit of shopping, or enjoying a coffee. We’ll regroup at 12:15am for the return ride.

If you can’t do the whole trip, feel free to join us for just the ride into town or the ride back out.

Approximate times…

10am – Matravers
10.10am – Well Plot
10.15am – Loders Primary School
10.20am – Loders Arms
10.30am – Bradpole (Old Railway line noticeboard)
10.45am Arrive Bridport

12.15pm – Leave Bridport (bottom of Barrack Street)
People are welcome to join us from Bridport here.
We expect having to push bikes up the hill between Bradpole and Loders.

All participants to wear hi viz vests/clothing and helmets, if possible.

All welcome – including mobility scooters. This is to help those of you who may be nervous about being on local roads going into Bridport – you may feel safer in a group.
This is also to socialise and meet neighbours.
