Some of the UK’s leading film and TV practitioners share insights into their crafts in our lunchtime series, and answer the question: what do you do all day?

Meet the Makers is aimed at anyone who wants to work in the screen industries or simply wants to find out more about what goes on behind the camera. It offers an unprecedented opportunity to meet stellar filmmakers in an informal setting and there will be plenty of time to ask questions.

In this session, David Arnold (Casino Royale) explores the role of composer and discusses his work with Chris Chibnall.

David Arnold 
David is an internationally acclaimed composer, best known for his work on five James Bond films including Casino Royale (showing at 7.30pm on Fri 24 Apr). He has composed scores for 3 films by Roland Emmerich – Stargate, Independence Day and Godzilla – as well as Hot Fuzz. His work for TV includes Little Britain and Sherlock. He was also the composer for the Opening Ceremony of the 2012 Olympic Games in London. More about David.
