Ecstatic Dance & Heart Song Bridport

I have recently moved to the area and would love to offer some free-style dances on Sunday mornings.

No dance skill or experience is necessary!

The music will take us on a journey of gently warming up and arriving in the space, moving into an opportunity to really get some dance & movement happening, slowing down to a close with some inspiring and heart felt tunes.

After dancing, we gather on our cushions, blankets, sheepskins to rest in the gentle embrace of Live acoustic Heart Songs—an intimate set of soulful songs that are here to bring peace, inspiration, and fill up your heart as we wind down together and give thanks for this lovely opportunity to come together, simply to dance
