Bridport Camera Club: Sand Sea & Sandbags, presentation by Peter Dench

Bridport Camera Club presents Peter Dench,  a Story of Sun Sea and Sandbags.

Weymouth born Peter Dench is a photographer, writer and curator who is now based in London. For much of his career he has focussed his acute and humorous eye on the British, with books such as England Uncensored and The British Abroad. So when, last year, he took his camera to Odessa in Ukraine, and then to Russian-backed Transinistria, effectively “visiting two opposing ideologies across two weekends” the story was bound to be interesting….

Visitors welcome for £4 fee via our website or pay at the door on the night.
