Angelica Sprocket lives next door. Her overcoat has pockets galore! You’ll never believe the wonders hidden within! Get ready to be amazed, entertained, and enchanted by Angelica’s never-ending pockets, filled with delightful surprises and whimsical treasures.

Join us for a captivating performance featuring Folksy’s signature blend of live music, puppetry, interactive fun, and a dash of delightful chaos! This joyful show is the perfect treat for the entire family!

Target audience: This production is aimed at families and children 3-10 years old.

Company Background

Folksy Theatre was founded in 2009. They tour the UK throughout the year, with theatre and open-air productions. Folksy specialise in adaptations of classic children’s stories. Previous tours include; Julia Donaldson’s ‘The Smartest Giant In Town’, Jonathan Emmett’s ‘The Princess & The Pig’, Charles Dickens’s ‘A Christmas Carol’, Kenneth Grahame’s ‘The Wind In The Willows’ and Hans Christian Anderson’s ‘The Little Match Girl’, ‘The Tin Soldier’ & ‘The Snow Queen’ and this Spring are touring with Quentin Blake’s Mister Magnolia.

Folksy regularly work in conjunction with a number of Rural Touring Schemes and other organisations, including, The Lyric Hammersmith, Borders Live, West Coast Arts, Historic Scotland and The National Trust.
