Created by Rachel and Vicki – two women turning lived experience into liberating movement – this daytime disco is more than an event. It’s a revolution in rhythm.
Local legend DJ Kathy Kelly will be spinning a high-energy playlist designed to get everybody moving. Whether you’re navigating menopause, post-menopause, or simply craving a midday release, this is your space to shine.
