A celebration is not a celebration without wine and cake – as part of our 100th anniversary celebrations we’ve invited our friends at Bride Valley Vineyard to bring along the wine and the cake, and show us how they can be successfully paired!
Enjoy a guided tasting of four Bride Valley wines, each perfectly paired with a hand-crafted amuse bouche cake to complement each wine’s flavour and characteristic. Learn about food and wine pairing, how to compliment and contrast flavours and how to taste wine at home.
