Several local traders will be set up in the Town Square from late afternoon to provide refreshments: Street Sweets, Jando’s Pizza (The Dorset Pizza Co.), Isaac Cider, Beaminster Cricket Club (burgers etc.)
Beaminster’s Raucous Chorus will be singing Christmas carols from around 5pm.
The official switch-on of the town’s Christmas Lights is scheduled for around 7pm and will be accompanied by the Prout Bridge Project Band
Beaminster Public Hall 5pm – 8pm
Santa’s Grotto and Christmas Market organised by local schools will open in The Cowie Room from 5pm and the Public Hall from 5.30pm.
Plus, Yarn Barton Information Centre will be open from 5pm for mince pies and mulled wine.
Parking is available in the Yarn Barton Car Park.
