Under the Hill Live

Under the Hill come from a range of musical backgrounds, brought together by their love of performing an eclectic mix of originals and their own interpretations of blues, rock, folk-rock, Americana, even a touch of soul and reggae- no genre lies untouched! Based in Dorchester, Mel & Colin and “the boys” have been playing pubs, festivals and other venues as duos, trios, quartets and quintets since 2022.

The full line-up is Colin Larkin on vocals, guitars, harmonica (look him up- he’s written 61 books on music!), Mel Austin on vocals, keys and guitar (she hasn’t written any books but she’s been in lots of plays!), guitar virtuoso Bob Carter (he also plays percussion), percussion wizard Trevor Baskett and multi-instrumentalist bass man Duncan Macbean (when he isn’t touring with famous people!)
