Over 50s Health Hub Disco

Martin’s Bar & Restaurant is hosting The Health Hub’s over 50s Disco on 17th October.

The event is open to members of the Health Hub, local residents and guests on-park too.

The event starts at 6pm, with the disco running from 7pm to 11pm. It’s £5 per ticket and open to over 50s only. This is the return of the same sold out event that took place earlier this year – View video.

The Health Hub in Bridport, run by Luke Hayter, is a fitness and wellness initiative focused on supporting individuals, particularly those aged 50 and older, to stay active, healthy, and independent.

Operating under the name Health Hub SW, it offers specialized fitness classes in Bridport, Dorchester, and Weymouth, designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall well-being.

The classes include low-intensity and rehabilitation exercises suitable for various fitness levels and abilities, catering to those recovering from medical conditions, injuries, or simply looking to maintain an active lifestyle.

Tickets are £5 per person
