This is not your average disco, it’s a daytime dance experience created especially for women, where the beats are bold, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the vibe is totally liberating. Whether you’re here to groove, connect, or just soak up the energy, Menopause of Sound is all about movement, music, and magic. After two packed, feel-good dance sessions that had the whole room buzzing, we’re delighted to be back with a little festive spirit in the air.
