Singer, bassist and songwriter Nicola Farnon is a distinguished name on the UK jazz scene, with a passionate and swinging style, and a charismatic stage presence to match. Her performances include timeless classics from the likes of Peggy Lee, Ella Fitzgerald, Nat King Cole and Frank Sinatra intertwined with her own soul-stirring originals.

Nicola has a remarkable musical pedigree, both parents being professional classical musicians and her great uncle no less than the late Robert Farnon (arranger for Sinatra and Tony Bennett amongst others).

In her trio are sixteen times winner of the British Jazz Award for piano, David Newton, and Phil Johnson, who has played drums with Alan Barnes, John Etheridge, Barbara Thompson, and the Nelson Riddle Orchestra.
