Parkour

Classes will typically include a mobilisation, an engaging warm-up game, Parkour, awe-inspiring acrobatics, and a cool down to end the session.

The classes will be held by Actualise Parkour, who foster a supportive environment where individuals are encouraged to when ready step outside their comfort zone exceed their boundaries, and grow with confidence.

Classes will take place on:

Tuesday 30th July
11am to 12pm – Ages 6 to 9 years
12.15pm to 1.15pm – Ages 10 to 15 years

Tuesday 13th August
11am to 12pm – Ages 6 to 9 years
12.15pm to 1.15pm – Ages 10 to 15 years

The cost is £10 per session.
