We have to share your contact information with event organisers to ensure the smooth running of an event. This will be done in a safe and secure manner, and won’t be disclosed to any other third party.
In some cases, such as Bridport Literary Festival, you can opt-in to receive promotional marketing for the following years’ events. Data collected for this purpose will be shared securely with the event organiser and no other third party.
In some cases, such as Bridport Literary Festival, we will have to pass on your basic information, such as name, email address and contact telephone number, to the third party organisers of the events you are booking. Rights Related to Automated Decision Making and Profiling: Bridport Town Council does not use any form of automated decision making or the profiling of individual personal data.
