Tai Chi / Qigong for Wellbeing Demo with Debbie 8.45am (outdoors weather permitting – come and join for a small donation)

Full & Half Hyrox Simulations running all day (Half Hyrox from 9.45am, Full Hyrox from 11.30am)
Food & Local Stalls and Bake Sale All Day!
DJ Mitch keeping the vibes high from 9.45am
Aqua Fit on Land with Rach at 10.30am
Buzz Lightyear arrives at 12pm – join whilst he limbers up for the Fun Run!
Zumba Demo with Ally at 12pm.
Raffle with great prizes – including the Grand Prize of 3 months FREE Multi Access Membership! (Tickets available all day – Prize draw 2.30pm)
Highlight of the day: FAMILY FANCY DRESS FUN RUN at 12.30pm Come in costume, enjoy the 1km course with special guest Buzz Lightyear, and have fun with the whole family!
Just £2 per family to enter.
All funds raised on the day will support our charity project: new Family, Accessible & LGBTQ+ Friendly Changing Facilities at the swimming pool.
