Christmas Symondsbury

Event Details

Set within our beautiful 14th-century Tithe Barn and, for the first time, a festive clear-roofed marquee in the heart of Manor Yard, the market is a carefully curated celebration of independent makers, growers and artisan producers from across the South West.

We’re looking for beautiful, thoughtful and well-made products that reflect craftsmanship, creativity and a connection to nature – from ceramics, jewellery and homewares to artisanal food and drink, skincare, plants, flowers, illustration, toys and quality crafts. We’re particularly keen to hear from those making their own products in the South West, especially using natural and sustainable materials.

This is not a crammed commercial market, but a relaxed and atmospheric festive experience where visitors come to shop slowly, enjoy live music, seasonal food and drink, children’s activities and the unique setting of Symondsbury Estate.

Stallholder applications are now closed, and we’d like to thank everyone who applied.

  1. Hi
I’m a new small holder and I’m looking to start selling my homemade products at markets/stalls etc. can you please give me more info on your Christmas market and how I need to apply

    1. Hi,

if it was the daytime, that is likely to be George, you can get him on.. 01308 488451 / 07443 655005

if it was in the evening and outside, that would have been James… james.styrin@sky.com, 07949 4900713

James sells bamboo socks in all colours, George does season socks.

Georges stall is where East and West Street meet by the town hall, on the other side of the road by The Works. James would have been down South Street I think.

Additionally there was a stall in the Arts Centre selling knitted socks, that was Bridport Refugee Support… birgittasofia@gmail.com

Amy was selling socks in the Town Hall… macandsandys@gmail.com

      I hope that helps.

      Kind regards,

      Helen
