Vital Roots Kitchen Garden Looking to the future, reviving indigenous
Fermented foods are a great way to store produce without the freezer and fantastic for dealing with food gluts. They are beneficial to your health too. Learn to make three delicious fermented pickles with produce picked fresh from the garden. There will be a chance to try our ready-made fermented kimchi, sauerkraut, and gherkins.
Included is a guided tour of the lovely Vital Roots Kitchen Garden, tea and gluten free cake under the marquee.
