Learn how to butcher a lamb with Phil Frampton of Frampton’s Butchers
Wednesday 12th June
This is a session not to miss if you would like to learn where different lamb joints come from and how to get the best from each cut. Phil will show attendees using traditional butchery skills how to cut up the lamb and how to prepare each joint for the oven. He will also advise on the best way to cook the meat to get maximum flavour. At the end of the session, each attendee will be given 4 lamb chops to take home.
