Igneous Fig are a twisted and theatrical anti-folk powerhouse spinning epic tales in sonic form.
Based around the compositions of songwriter Jolly Longfellow, their sound fuses dark poetic satire with heavy cinematic grooves.
Interweaving haunting melodies with wandering basslines, frantic rhythms with poignant harmonic arrangements and provocative lyricism with odd song structures, the ensemble is renowned for its dynamic and electrifying performances.

Bridport Camera Club presents a talk by Guy Marot – a photographic gallop through his life with the emphasis on his time in Libya in 2011 during the revolution and on the Falklands Clearance project. Guy served for 26 years in the British Army, within the Corps of Royal Engineers, in a wide variety of roles but with the majority in Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and IED Search. Since leaving the army he has continued to work in the field. Non member visitors are very welcome to the talk for a fee of £4. See website for details.

Housed in our fabulously festive marquee, joined directly onto Ivy House, you can enjoy browsing during the festive build up. A perfect opportunity to buy Christmas gifts whilst supporting local traders.

Our Mini Festive Market Market starts on Saturday 25th November and then every Sunday-Friday until 22nd December.

Adapted from David Chariandy’s award-winning novel of the same name, Brother is propelled by the pulsing beats of Toronto’s early hip hop scene following the story of Francis (Lamar Johnson) and Michael (Aaron Pierre), sons of Caribbean immigrants maturing into young men.
A mystery unfolds during the sweltering summer of 1991, and escalating tensions set off a series of events that change the course of these brothers’ lives forever.
