The year is 1901, Queen Victoria has passed away and world is in mourning. Dr Harold Halifax reflects on how medicine and surgery developed over the late Queen’s reign. Discover mad medicines and slashing surgeries of the vile Victorian era.
11am workshop is more performance-based. There is still the opportunity to interact but also the option to sit and watch.
2pm is a traditional workshop including the opportunity for audience members to take part in a mock apprenticeship challenge fighting for a job against Dr. Harold Halifax himself!
WARNING! The performances can get quite gory with a mock arm amputation towards the end of the performance!
